Room Privacy Screen
Whether you want to divide a space for function or add a screen for decoration, there is another reason for getting a divider; privacy. Most
of the time this would be for changing clothes. For instance, if you spend a lot of time at the office, you may want a private place to change
clothes without using a public restroom. A privacy screen would provide this, while added decorative class at the same time.
You've seen this in movies before, the busy office executive who lives too far from home and needs to change into formal attire for the opera.
He ducks behind a room divider which grants him privacy to change as well as continue speaking to his guests in the office. It's the perfect
setup. Sometimes you just need to gather your wits and have a moment alone. A public bathroom is not always ideal for this, but a hidden corner
of your office or bedroom can provide such an escape so you can gather your thoughts.
Additional uses could include providing a private space to review sensitive documents, financial records, or other such materials of a
personal nature. Anything you don't want immediately visible to everyone in the room could be hidden with a small privacy screen in the corner.
As an added bonus they are often an excellent way to provide a focal point for the room which can be designed around.
